I’m having a going away party for Christine tonight and I was wondering if you could get me the recipe for lamburger-sliders. Also, is it better to do them on the grill or in a skillet?
As I remember, it goes like this:
Ground lamb meat, feta cheese, little bit of garlic, little bit of onion, cover in eggwash to keep them together.
I also want to make the pinwheels, so if you could give me the recipe for that it would be good, as I remember it goes like this:
Prosciutto, puff pastry, mozarella. Just make layers and then roll and put in the oven. What temp and how long?
